I am buying this flat in Doshi Regency for my parents who live in Chennai. The location in Purasawalkam is excellent as it is close to their relatives and familiar surroundings. I chose the 2 BHK flat, which is 900 square feet, a comfortable size for them. The fact that it is ready to move means they can shift in immediately without waiting for construction. It's important for them to be near amenities, and this area provides that. Doshi Housing is the developer. The building completion date was March 2003, so it's an older property but hopefully reliable. I hope the maintenance is good.
