The 2 BHK configuration is exactly what I needed, offering 755 square feet of built-up space. It feels comfortable for a single peon or a small family. Being close to the Mumbai Highway is convenient for travel. However, the surrounding area can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially with ongoing construction nearby, which is a common issue in Pune. Dodke Landmarks delivered this project a long time ago, in 2006, so it's an established building.
