We just moved into our 2 BHK at DNR Adhya Residency in Ameenpur. The saleable area is around 1160 sq.ft which feels spacious enough for us two. DNR Constructions Ameenpur seems to have focused on essentials like water conservation and has a sewage treatment plant, which is good. It's ready to move, so we avoided the waiting period. The price was around 62.64 Lakh, which fit our budget. The only thing is the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather. Otherwise, it's a nice, quiet neighbourhood.
