As a business owner, I needed a property that was ready to move and well-connected. DND Samridhi in Jagatpura fit the bill. I purchased a 4 BHK apartment with a saleable area of 2040 sq.ft. The price was on the higher side, around 57 Lakhs, but the space and location justify it. It's located on Jeevan Rekha Marg, with excellent connectivity via NH-8. Narayana Hospital and SRN International School are both within a 7-minute reach, which is very convenient. The swimming pool amenity is a nice bonus. My only minor gripe is the parking situation; it can get a bit tight when many residents have multiple caHowever, the DND Group has delivered a solid product that's ready for immediate occupancy.

The price was around 34 Lakhs, which was manageable for us as a teacher couple. The location in Jagatpura, near NH-8, is good, though the final approach road could be a bit better maintained. It's a short distance Narayana Hospital and the school, which is convenient. The project was completed in January 2015 and is ready to move in. We were impressed by the build quality we saw. The main concern for us is the noise from the highway at times, especially during the night. However, the space is much better than our previous rental, and the swimming pool is a lovely addition for weekend relaxation.
