    DN Pallaciya is located right in the middle of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack which makes business travel very convenient for me. I booked a 4 BHK apartment with a built up area of 2995 square feet. The floor plan is quite intelligent, especially the swastika shaped tower layout which ensures good sunlight in every room. DN Homes seems to have planned this well for high end living. The price point starting from 2.04 Crore is justified given the scale of the toweMy only observation is that the construction dust is heavy in Patia right now due to many projects coming up nearby. I am hoping the surrounding landscaping will balance this out once they complete the project by August 2026.
