    Finding a place near a good school was our main priority. Whitefield Global School is nearby, so that's a big plus for us. We got a 2 BHK apartment here in DLR Sai Samruddhi. The built-up area is about 1036 to 1129 square feet, which is decent for our family of three. Having a children's play area within the complex is great for the kids. The swimming pool is also a nice amenity for weekend relaxation. The only thing is the traffic in Whitefield can be quite bad during peak hou, especially near Hope Farm Junction. The price for our apartment was around 75 Lakhs. We are happy with the space and the proximity to the school.

The location in Whitefield, Pattandur Agrahara is convenient for them to access daily needs. My father needs to go to Sri Sathya Sai Super Speciality Hospital sometimes, and it is nearby. We booked a 3 BHK apartment which is around 1333 to 1530 square feet built up, giving them enough space. The price was around 90 Lakhs which felt reasonable for the size and location. We are hoping the maintenance staff will take good care of the building and facilities for them.

The location in Pattandur Agrahara, Whitefield is quite accessible, being close to Old Airport Road and the metro station. It offea good balance between city access and a relatively peaceful environment. The amenities like power backup and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provide a sense of security, which is important. My main concern is the parking situation; the closed car parking slots seem a bit tight, especially if you have larger vehicles. However, the project is ready to move and was completed in August 2014, so it has been around for a while. The rainwater harvesting system is also a thoughtful inclusion.
