The location on Pragathi Nagar Road is quite pleasant and close to essential facilities. I was pleased that it's a ready to move property. The built-up area is about 1010 square feet, which is a manageable size. The price was around 44 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the amenities provided. RNG Infra included good features like a lift, storm water drains, and rainwater harvesting, which are practical. The proximity to shopping malls and schools is a definite advantage, even though I don't have kids anymore. My only minor worry is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if I have visitowith caOtherwise, it’s a peaceful place.

As a family with young kids, the proximity to PRAGATHI CENTRAL SCHOOL, literally nearby, was a massive deciding factor for us. We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Dlite Vivanta. It’s a ready to move property, which saved us a lot of hassle. The built-up area is around 1010 square feet, which is adequate for our family. We got it for about 45 Lakh. The location in Pragathi Nagar Kukatpally is quite prime. RNG Infra has provided amenities like a chess board and an RO water system, which are nice touches. The only slight drawback is that the OC received status is not available, which makes us a little hesitant about some formal procedures, but we are hoping it gets sorted soon. The hospital nearby is also a great plus for emergencies.

RNG Infra seems to have focused on quality construction. The main issue we are facing is the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, which is quite botheome during the day. We hope this improves over time. The ventilation in the flat is quite good, which helps mitigate some of the dust.
