I finally moved into my 3 BHK at DLF The Ultima last month. The apartment size is around 2100 sq.ft which feels quite spacious for one peon, especially the living area. I love the imported marble flooring, it gives a really luxurious feel. The location in Sector 81, New Gurgaon is convenient, close enough to the New Sector Road for easy commutes. My only real gripe is the noise from the nearby highway during peak hou; it can get a bit much sometimes. The amenities like the gym and swimming pool are well-maintained though, which is a big plus for me. The car parking is adequate for my needs. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.

The award-winning landscape design by Paul Friedberg is truly beautiful, especially the central greens with water bodies. It feels very peaceful and serene. The 24x7 water supply has been consistent, which is a basic necessity that is often overlooked. While the project is excellent, the approach road could be better maintained. It's a bit dusty during dry spells. However, the proximity to St. Xavier's High School, nearby, was a key factor for our grandchildren. It's a solid property from DLF.
