We are looking for a spacious 4 BHK, and the sizes here are around 3950 sq.ft. The developer, DLF, is well-known. The project has good amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and landscaped gardens, plus EV charging bays are a modern touch. The price is around 9.6 Crore. My main concern is the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road, especially during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. Also, with a completion date in August 2029, it’s still a long way off. We need to consider if the wait is worth it.
