The location in Sector-90, New Gurgaon is decent, though I wish it was a bit closer to the metro station, which is over 14 kilometeaway. Traffic can be a bit much coming into this part of Gurgaon. Overall, the developer DLF has a good reputation, which gave me confidence in the purchase. The price was on the higher side, about 1.71 Crore, but I prioritized a known developer and immediate possession.
