Buying a flat in DLF Regal Gardens for my parents back home was important. I needed a place that was comfortable and had good facilities for older people. The Vastu compliant design was a plus. They are in a 2 BHK flat, which is around 1469 Sq.ft to 1722 Sq.ft. The project is ready to move in, which meant they could shift soon after purchase. The landscaped gardens and gazebos are perfect for them to relax. While the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is nearby, it's not a major issue for them as they don't travel much. The main concern is that the construction is from 2012, so some older fittings might need an update soon.
