The 4 BHK flats offer ample space, with super builtup areas between 3500 and 5500 square feet. The wide balconies in all bedrooms are a nice touch for the kids to relax. We are looking at a unit priced around 10 crore. The project itself has a lot of amenities like a children's play area, swimming pool, and gymnasium. The direct access to NH48 and SPR is also very convenient for family outings. We are aware it's under construction until December 2031, but the developer's reputation is solid.
