The location in Sector 53, Golf Coue Road, Gurgaon, is always in demand for rentals. The built-up area for a 2 BHK is 964 square feet. While the prices have appreciated significantly since my purchase, the initial investment was substantial, starting around 2.16 crore. It offegood amenities like a swimming pool and jogging track, which are attractive to tenants. The developer, DLF, is a known name, which adds to the property's value.

I bought a 4 BHK here about a year ago. The built-up area is 1562 square feet, which is ample for a growing family. DLF Princeton Estate on Golf Coue Road, Sector 53, is in a very well-connected part of Gurgaon. It's an award-winning luxury project, which was a plus. The amenities like the gymnasium and the 24/7 water supply are very convenient. The only issue I have faced is the parking; it can get a bit congested, especially during evenings when visitoarrive. The price was steep, around 3 crore, but the quality and location justified it for me.

I liked the fact that it's Vastu compliant and has good landscaping. The 3 BHK apartments range from 1153 to 1300 square feet, which gives good options. However, the traffic on Golf Coue Road can be quite bad during peak hou, which is a concern for my daily commute to work. The price for a 3 BHK is definitely high, going up to 3.5 crore, which was a bit over my initial plan. Need to think more.
