We were looking for a ready-to-move place and DLF Pinnacle caught our eye. It’s in DLF City V, Sector 43, which is a well-established area. The metro station at Sector 42-43 is just about half a kilometer away, which is super convenient for our daily commute to the IT parks. We checked out the 3868 sq.ft. 4 BHK flats; they are spacious and well-designed. The price point is high, starting from 12.56 crore, but we felt it was justified for the location and the amenities like the LEED certified design. The indoor games facility is a nice bonus for us.

The price is definitely on the higher side, around 12.92 crore, but the quality of construction and the amenities like the Jacuzzi in master baths are impressive. We are hoping the commute from DLF City V won't be too bad.

The location in DLF City V is great, and we liked the idea of the Senior Citizen Siteout, though our kids will use the Amphitheater more. The price is significant, in the range of 12.56 crore to 12.92 crore, but we are hoping the large size will be worth it. The only minor issue is the traffic on Golf Coue Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, which we need to factor in for school runs.

The connectivity is good, with MG Road and the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway nearby. I opted for a 4 BHK flat which has a built-up area of approximately 3868 sq.ft. The price was around 12.56 crore. While the project looks good, the absence of information regarding OC received is a bit concerning for a government employee like me who prefeeverything by the book. The car parking seems adequate though.

The location on Golf Coue Road is excellent, and it’s convenient that the Sector 42-43 metro is nearby. The price is around 12.92 crore, which is a big stretch for us, but the developer DLF gave us confidence. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a common issue in Gurgaon but hopefully temporary. Branded fittings in the master baths are a nice touch.
