The location in DLF Phase 3 is quite good, with the Phase 3 Metro Station just 850 meteaway. The developer, DLF, is a well-known name. The amenities like the club house and gymnasium were attractive. My only small worry is the parking area; it seems a bit congested, especially if you have a large vehicle. Otherwise, it feels like a solid choice.
