We were looking for a larger home and decided on a 3 BHK at DLF New Town Heights. The size is great, ouis 1722 Sq.ft. The construction was completed in 2008, and it feels quite solid. We loved the sprawling lakes and parks within the complex; it offea peaceful environment. The price was a bit higher, around 1.5 Crore, but the space and amenities like the multipurpose room and amphitheater made it worth it. The main road access could be better though; you sometimes get stuck in traffic entering the area during peak houWe are happy with the decision to move here.

I bought a 2 BHK here which is around 1243 Sq.ft. DLF New Town Heights is quite spacious and feels good to live in. The location in New Town, Action Area 3 is decent, close to The New Town School. I like the piped gas connection and the fire sprinkle, which are important safety features. The club house is also quite nice with a swimming pool and gymnasium. I got it for about 97 Lakh. The only issue is that the metro is almost nearby, so commuting can be a bit of a hassle if you rely on public transport. Otherwise, it is a comfortable place to stay.

My only concern is the lack of readily available parking for guests, which can be inconvenient when family visits. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained, offering good recreational options.
