After renting for yea, we finally bought our own 2 BHK at DLF New Town Heights 1. The size is around 1600 square feet, a good upgrade for us. We moved in recently and are settling in well. The project offegood amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which we are looking forward to using. The 70% landscaped area is a nice touch. The location in Sector 86, Gurgaon, is quite convenient with easy access to the Sector 86 road. Prices here range from 1.69 Crore to 3.33 Crore, and we found our flat at a decent price point for the space we got. The Vastu compliance was also important for us.

The apartment size is generous, ouis around 2100 square feet, which gives us plenty of space to work from home. The club house facilities are quite nice, especially the gym and the swimming pool. Location is decent, close to the Dwarka Expressway Link Road and NH-48 is a short distance. Getting to work is manageable. The only small issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the Sector 86 road. Overall, the project feels well-maintained and the landscaping is lovely.
