I recently purchased a 4 BHK flat in DLF Moulsari Enclave. The size of the apartment, 3264 square feet built up, is very generous. Being ready to move in meant we could settle quickly. The location in DLF City, Sector 24, Gurgaon, is quite convenient. Rabindranath World School is only 1.86 kilometeaway, which is great for families. DLF has provided good amenities like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management. My main concern is the traffic getting onto the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, especially during peak hou, as NH 8 is about 13 kilometeaway. Also, while the price of 10.61 Crore onwards is high, I believe it’s a secure investment given the area.

We decided to buy our fit home in DLF Moulsari Enclave. The 4 BHK configuration we looked at was 3264 square feet built up, which felt very spacious for us.
