We recently moved into our 5.5 BHK duplex at DLF Magnolias. The 9800 square feet is incredibly spacious, perfect for us and future plans. It's great that it's ready to move in, saving us a lot of hassle. The location is excellent, with NH8 nearby, making commutes easier, and IGI Airport also being nearby is super convenient for our travels. The 70% open space and the beautiful landscaping make the environment very pleasant. We also use the gymnasium regularly. The only slight downside is the price point, it was definitely at the higher end of our budget, but the quality and amenities justify it.
