We moved into DLF Express Towea few months ago and are quite happy. The proximity to St. Xavier's High School, just a 9-minute drive, was a deciding factor for our children. We bought a 4 BHK apartment, 2125 square feet, which gives everyone enough peonal space. The children's play area and the swimming pool are big hits with the kids. The terrace garden offea nice green space for everyone. While the area around the project can get dusty due to ongoing development nearby, the internal complex is well-maintained and secure with 24/7 guards.
