The price of 1.36 Crore was manageable for us. The location near NH 8 - Manesar is decent, although the approach road could be better maintained. It’s a gated community with good security, which is important for us. We also appreciate the availability of a gymnasium and a swimming pool for our recreation. The spacious roads are a nice touch. The only real downside we noticed during our visit was the dust on the balconies, likely due to ongoing construction nearby, though the project was completed in 2008. DLF is a known developer, so we feel confident in the construction quality.
