The 4 BHK villas are quite spacious, around 3222 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. It's relatively close to Bannerghatta Road, nearby, making my commute to the new hospital feasible. The Narayana e-Techno School is also nearby, which is perfect for the kids. We liked the idea of eco-friendly surroundings and the landscape gardens. The price point was a bit high, around 2.84 Cr for the 4 BHK, but the location and amenities justify it for us.

However, the traffic on Bannerghatta Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commutes. The price for this villa was around 3.2 Cr. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable going forward.

The villas themselves are very well-designed and spacious, especially the 5 BHK options which go up to 4598 sq.ft. The children's play area and the swimming pool are great amenities for the kids to enjoy. The location off Bannerghatta Road is convenient, although reaching the Outer Ring Road can take nearby. The overall cost of the villas, ranging up to 4.8 Cr, was within our budget for a comfortable family home.
