My partner and I chose Diya White House for its modern amenities and the spacious 4 BHK apartment. The 2181 Sq.ft carpet area gives us plenty of flexibility. We love the gymnasium and the sports area for unwinding after work. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds a layer of security that we appreciate. Diya Infra has created a nice gated community. The connectivity to Sardar Patel Ring Road is good, making our commutes manageable. While the price was a bit higher than we initially budgeted, the quality of construction and the amenities provided by Diya Infra seem to justify the investment.
