We chose Diya Dev Kutir Phase 1 because of its proximity to schools. Shree Santoshi Global School is literally a short distance, and Ashirwad Children Hospital is also that close. This was a huge relief for us. The 3 BHK villas offer enough space, with carpet areas ranging from 877 to 945 square feet. The kids love the infinity pool, though it gets crowded on weekends. The vertical garden is a nice touch aesthetically. We are still settling in, but the entrance gate security cabin provides a sense of safety. Finally moved into Diya Dev Kutir Phase 1. The 2 BHK villas are decent sized, the carpet area is 597 square feet. It's ready to move which was a big factor for me, saving time on construction. The location in Bavla, near National Highway 8A, makes commuting manageable. Internal roads are well done. My main concern is the dust from nearby construction, it gets everywhere. Also, the sensor operated dooare a bit sensitive, sometimes they don't open when you're close. The community hall is a nice addition for gatherings. Diya Infra seems to be a reliable developer based on their past work.
