As I am relocating to Chandrapur for work, proximity to the hospital was my top priority. Sarvoday Hospital being just one minute away from Diwakar Vistari Layout is incredibly convenient. The project offeresidential plots of decent sizes, with options around 2786 Sq.ft. The developer, Diwakar Vistariji Pilare, seems to have focused on basic infrastructure like internal roads and street lighting. The fact that it is ready to move is also appealing. However, I am a bit concerned about the landscaping and tree planting – it looks a bit spae right now, and I hope they develop it further. Also, the absence of readily available bank information for home loans was a slight inconvenience during my initial research phase. Overall, the location is the main selling point for me.

It's a ready to move project, completed in December 2023, so we can start planning our construction without delay. What we liked most are the internal roads and footpaths. However, we did notice that the electrical meter room is quite exposed, and we hope it is adequately protected from the elements. Apart from that, we feel this is a good step towards owning our own home and building it just the way we want. The rain water harvesting system is also a good environmental feature.
