Since the project is in Patrapada, the connectivity to the city is decent for my daily work. Divyarupa Multi Projects Pvt Ltd has handled the construction well. I particularly liked the fire fighting system and the focus on electrification including solar energy. It feels safe and functional. My only small concern is that the approach road gets a bit busy during peak houbut otherwise it is a solid choice for anyone wanting a ready to move property in this locality.
