The apartment sizes are good, and the amenities like the swimming pool and tennis court are great for weekend relaxation. The developer, Divyansh Infraheight Pvt. Ltd., has provided a good living space. The area has good connectivity, and it’s nice that The Manthan School is right next door at nearby. The price was a bit higher than expected, touching 1.25 Crore for some configurations, but the quality seems worth it. The overall ambiance is quite positive and we look forward to settling in.

We liked the 965 Sq.ft size of the apartment, it feels spacious enough for our family. The nearby hospital and school are very convenient. The main reason we chose Divyansh Infraheight Pvt. Ltd. Was their reputation for timely delivery. The price range of 78.38 Lakh upwards was manageable with our savings and a loan. What we are finding a bit challenging is the dust on the roads around the project due to ongoing construction in the vicinity. It is a minor inconvenience for an otherwise good property.

Having the gymnasium and swimming pool within the complex is a big plus for staying active. The landscaping and open spaces are well maintained, makes it feel pleasant. Divyansh Infraheight Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have done a reasonable job. My only small issue is that the parking can get a bit crowded during peak houOtherwise, it is a peaceful place to live. The 75% open space is noticeable. It is a good value for the money we spent.
