The 1 RK apartments here are around 455 to 595 square feet built up, which is enough for us starting out. It's ready to move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. Location is great, right on the FNG Expressway, so getting to Noida is easy. The price range of 11.81 L to 15.44 L fit our budget perfectly. One small thing is the parking area seems a bit congested, especially during peak hou, but otherwise, it's a decent place for young professionals.
