I purchased a 3 BHK apartment at Divya Sree Elan, measuring 1900 Sq.ft. The budget was around 3 Crore. Being a ready-to-move property completed in 2006 was appealing. The location in Bellandur, Bangalore East, offedecent connectivity. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. There is also a multipurpose room which can be useful. My only reservation is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a property of this age. However, the overall structure looks well-built.
