We were looking for a 3 BHK in Divya Jyoti and found one around 1200 sq.ft. The super builtup area is ample for our family of four. The location in Benachity is fantastic, being so close to Gopalmath High School is a dream for us parents. It’s also good that Ankur Group provided a children's play area; our kids love it. The price was around 38 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the proximity to the school made it worthwhile. We also appreciate the 24x7 security. The only downside is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. Power backup is a must-have.
