This is my fit home purchase, a 3 BHK apartment in Divya Heights. The Nishan Group project has a lot of amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and a club house. The 2727 sq.ft built-up area is really spacious, more than I expected for a fit home. I liked the artistic architecture and the splendid design. It's a gated community, which provides good security. The location near Zydus Corporate Office on SG Highway is good. Being ready to move in this May 2022 made it easy to plan. The private foyer adds a nice touch of privacy.

We chose Divya Heights because it's a gated community and felt safe for our children. The vibrant children's area with amenities and the indoor play area are big hits with my kids. It's also relatively close to SGVP International School, nearby, which is manageable. The 2727 sq.ft built-up area for our 3 BHK gives us enough space. The swimming pool and clubhouse are great for family time on weekends. The double-storey clubhouse is really impressive for celebrations. My only concern is the price, 1.7 Crore onwards felt a bit high, but the ready-to-move status sealed the deal.

The location is convenient with SG Highway access. However, the traffic on SG Highway during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is a bit of a concern for our daily commute.
