Divya Apartment in Durgapur was a decent option for me. I purchased a 3 BHK unit, around 1250 square feet. The price range of 21.17 Lakh to 33.42 Lakh for these configurations seemed competitive for the area. Being ready to move in 2015 was a plus, and the construction quality looks solid. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure mentioned. It's close to NH2, which is good for travel. However, the lack of readily available bank approvals for loans might be a concern for some buye, though I managed with my existing bank. The solid waste management system is also a practical feature that appealed to me.

We chose Divya Apartment mainly because it's so close to Gopalmath High School. Our kids can walk to school now, which is a huge relief. We got a 3 BHK which is about 1200 square feet, plenty of space for the family. It's nice that it is ready to move, we could settle in quickly. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and the gymnasium are useful for daily living. The location near the highway is good, but sometimes the traffic noise can be a bit much, especially during peak houWe also found the parking area to be a bit cramped. Healthworld Hospitals being nearby is another big plus for us.

The price was reasonable, falling within the 33.42 Lakh upper range. It's great that the project is ready to move. The developer, Divya Develope, has a presence in the city. The fire sprinkleand earthquake-resistant structure are important safety features. It's also conveniently located near the highway. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction sites, which can be an issue at times. The solid waste management system is well-implemented though.

We finally moved into Divya Apartment last month. After renting for so many yea, owning a 2 BHK here feels great. It's around 950 square feet, which is a good size for us. The location in Benachity is very convenient for my husband's school commute. We liked that it's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The community hall is a nice addition for family functions. Power backup is essential here, and thankfully they have that. The only slight issue is finding parking sometimes when friends visit, it can get a little crowded. But overall, we are happy with the space and the quiet neighborhood.

The building has lifts and 24x7 security, which are important for someone in my age group. Being ready to move was a priority, and this project delivered on that. The price was within my budget, around 25 Lakh for my unit. The community hall is a great facility for gatherings. I do wish the OC was available, as that would provide extra peace of mind. However, the construction seems sturdy, and the 24x7 water supply is reliable.

Power backup is a critical amenity for me, and it is available here. The presence of a gymnasium is a bonus. While the location is good, the traffic on the Delhi-Kolkata highway can be quite heavy, which I am still adjusting to. The 24x7 security offea sense of safety.
