The price was around 55 Lakh, which felt like a fair investment considering the location in Zirakpur and the amenities offered. Divine India Infrastructure Pvt Ltd seems to have a decent track record. My parents like the 24x7 water supply and the lifts. They mentioned that the parking is adequate for their needs. The project was completed in 2011. One minor concern is the lack of readily available information regarding OC received, but since it's an older project, it might just be a procedural thing. The proximity to J. P Hospital was a major deciding factor for me.

The price was 69.93 Lakh, which was a bit high, but the location in Zirakpur, Dhakoli is perfect for me. It’s very close to my office and also near J. P Hospital. The amenities are good, especially the gymnasium and the swimming pool. Maintenance charges are manageable. My only real complaint is the noise from the nearby road, especially during the day. It can get quite loud. The 24x7 security is a definite plus, making me feel safe.

The project is in Zirakpur, Peer Muchalla, and it’s convenient for our family. The price range of 36.5 Lakh to 69.93 Lakh seems competitive for this area. The apartment is vastu compliant and the layout is practical. We appreciate the jogging track and the swimming pool. However, the construction is from 2011, and while it looks okay, I do feel like some areas could use a bit more upkeep, particularly the common areas. Also, dust from the nearby construction sites can be an issue sometimes. But overall, it’s a good place to live.
