Finally got a plot in Divine Residential Plots Phase 3. It's my fit property purchase and I was looking for something ready to move. The location in Sector 115, Mohali is quite convenient, especially being so close to Chandigarh Airport, nearby which is amazing for travel. I purchased a 720 Sq.ft plot which fit my initial budget well, costing around 14 L. Om Divine Developeand Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have completed this phase back in November 2015. I haven't seen any amenities listed, which is a bit disappointing, but for a fit-time buyer, the price and location were the main draw. Hopefully, the development around the area picks up pace.
