We finally moved into Divine Nest last month. The 3 BHK flat is quite spacious, around 1500 square feet, which is perfect for our family of four. My kids are really happy with the gymnasium and the landscaping looks beautiful. It's also very convenient for school, with Nashik Cambridge School just a short drive away. The location near Rajiv Nagar is good, close to the Mumbai Agra highway too, making commutes easier. The Divine Estate seems to have focused on family needs. The only thing is the price point was at the higher end of our budget, around 63 Lakhs, but we felt the amenities and space justified it. Overall, a good decision for our kids.
