I recently bought a villa in Divine Green. As a single working woman, security and convenience were my top priorities. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the 24X7 water supply are reassuring. The project is ready to move, and the 1844 square feet villa is a good size for me. Being located near Cygnus World School and Rhythm Heart Institute on Harni-Dena Road is very convenient for accessing essential services. The price starting from 88.99 Lakh was acceptable. Divine Group has included good amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The car parking is also adequate. However, I have noticed that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit of a nuisance sometimes, especially during windy days. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place.

The price starting at 88.99 Lakh was on the higher side of our budget, but the ready-to-move status and the quality of construction convinced us. The landscaping and tree planting make the environment very green and pleasant. One small issue is that the OC received status is not available, which we are hoping gets resolved soon for our peace of mind regarding legalities.
