The price is around 44.96 Lakh, which is a stretch but manageable with our savings. The location in South Hyderabad, Kadthal X Roads, is decent, and it’s close to the Srisailaim Highway. Divi Infra is the developer. It is ready to move in. We liked the idea of fire sprinklefor safety. The main issue we faced was the traffic getting there during peak hou; it took us longer than expected to reach the site from the highway.
