    After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. Disha Silver Woods in Haul seemed like a good option. I booked a 1 BHK, 463 square feet, and it's ready to move. The Vastu compliant design was important to me, and I appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems they have installed. The presence of a temple within the complex is also a nice touch. The developer, Disha Group, has included good facilities. My only slight issue is that the street lighting could be a little brighter in some sections. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable place to live.

I checked out the 1 BHK which has a carpet area of 463 square feet. It is ready to move which is a big plus. The developer, Disha Group, seems to have good amenities like a gymnasium and a temple within the complex. My only concern is the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak hounear the Aurangabad Phulambri Sillod Road junction. Still, it offegood connectivity for a business owner like me.

I checked the 3 BHK configuration, which has a carpet area of 1166 square feet, offering plenty of space for them. It is ready to move in, which was crucial. The developer, Disha Group, has provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which gives me peace of mind. The location in Haul is also quite accessible. The only drawback is the dust from the nearby construction activity, which I hope gets resolved soon. Overall, I am happy with the decision.

    We chose Disha Silver Woods mainly because Boon English School is just 0 kilometeaway. That’s a huge convenience for us with young kids. We got a 2 BHK with 587 square feet carpet area, which is a good size. It’s ready to move, so no waiting. The gymnasium and amphitheater are great additions for the family. Disha Group has also included landscaping and tree planting, making the complex look nice. However, the roads leading to the project, especially Mhasoba Nagar Road, are not in the best condition and can be bumpy. We are hoping for improvements there. The nearby hospital is also a plus.

We liked that they have a jogging track and landscaping. The proximity to Medicover Hospitals is also a relief. However, the parking area seems a bit tight, especially if you have guests coming over with caWe are hoping Disha Group manages this well. Overall, the apartment feels good and the price seemed reasonable for the amenities provided in Haul.
