Being close to REGAL Kidney and Multi Specialty Hospital, which is nearby, gives me peace of mind. The developer, Disha Habitat Projects LLP P, has included good facilities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. I am looking forward to the completion by December 2027. The Vastu-compliant homes feature was also a factor in my decision. The only concern is the approach road; it could be better maintained. The project looks promising for a peaceful retirement.
