The location in Madhyamgram is quite accessible, with Jessore Road and Vivekananda Road nearby. It’s also very close to Madhyamgram railway station, which is nearby, making travel simple. The developer, Dimension 369, is offering basic amenities like closed car parking and lifts. The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed by December 2026. The size of the 2 BHK is a bit on the smaller side for my liking, but given it's my fit home, it seems manageable for now. I am hopeful it will be a good start.
