The price of 26.4 L was manageable for us, especially since the project by Diamond Properties is ready to move since 2014. We liked the overall space and the potential for building our dream home. However, the biggest issue we are facing is the lack of readily available OC, which makes getting a home loan a bit more complicated than we expected.
