My partner and I decided on Diamond City West for our fit home together. We opted for a 2 BHK apartment, approximately 980 Sq.ft. The proximity to Behala Chowrasta Metro Station, just 1.4 k away, was a major selling point for our daily commutes to work. We looked at the 3 BHK also, which is around 1330 Sq.ft, but found the 2 BHK more suited to our budget, which was in the mid-50 Lakh range. The indoor games facilities and the club house are great for weekend relaxation. The only downside we've noticed is the parking can be a bit challenging to navigate sometimes, especially during busy evenings. The 24x7 security and CCTV are reassuring though.
