We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. Diamond Apartment in Hosnabad Colony was a good option because it's ready to move. We chose a 2 BHK, which is 850 square feet. The price was about 32 Lakhs, which was manageable for us. Being close to Owaisi Hospital is a significant advantage for emergencies. Our biggest concern is the noise from the nearby road, especially during the day. It can be quite disruptive. We are still getting used to the construction quality, it seems average. Diamond Construction promised a functional living space and it is that, but the noise is definitely something to consider if you're sensitive to it.

I opted for a 3 BHK with a builtup area of 1300 square feet, costing around 45 Lakhs. The proximity to Owaisi Hospital & Research Centre is a huge plus for accessibility. The building has a lift, which is a standard but necessary amenity. My primary hesitation was the price; it was at the higher end of my budget. While the construction seems solid, the surrounding area still has some ongoing development, which means occasional dust and noise. However, being ready to move and its location made it a worthwhile investment for me.

I was looking for something ready to move in South Hyderabad and Diamond Apartment fit the bill. The location in Hosnabad Colony is decent, very close to Owaisi Hospital which is convenient. I got a 2 BHK which has a builtup area of 850 square feet. The price was around 30 Lakhs which was within my budget. The only slight issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads nearby. Otherwise, the lift is working well and the building seems well-maintained so far. I haven't faced any major issues since moving in a couple of months ago. Diamond Construction seems to have delivered a functional property.

Overall, it's a practical choice for someone looking for a decent home without breaking the bank. The location offegood connectivity.

We decided to buy a 3 BHK in Diamond Apartment for our retirement. The builtup area is a good 1300 square feet, giving us plenty of space. It is located in Vattepally, South Hyderabad. We were impressed that it was ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The price point was reasonable, around 45 Lakhs for the larger unit. The proximity to The Progress High School is a plus, although we don't have children still studying. My main concern is the lack of immediate access to shopping cente; you do need to travel a bit for groceries. The building itself is basic but functional, with a lift available.
