The drive to the hospital is manageable, and being near the Adyar Bus Depot is convenient for getting around the city. I appreciate that Dhurga Construction Company focused on essential features; the apartment is comfortable and functional for my needs. One small thing is the water pressure on higher floo, which can sometimes be a little low during peak usage times.
