We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and Dhoot Club Town Estates caught our eye. The 1200 to 1500 square feet built-up area for 3 and 4 BHK flats is quite generous. The price point, ranging from 66 Lakh to 82.5 Lakh, was acceptable for the space we are getting. We really liked the multipurpose room and the general landscaping. It’s good that it's ready to move. The proximity to ILS Hospitals, Dumdum (2.22 km) is reassuring. However, the area can get quite dusty with ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a downside.

We got a 4 BHK flat, which is 1500 square feet, giving us plenty of room. It's nice that it is ready to move since 2010. The proximity to St. Mary's Orphanage & Day School, nearby, is a huge convenience. The only slight issue is the distance to Noapara Metro Station, which is nearby, making daily commute a bit longer. But the apartment itself is comfortable.
