The price starting at 59.04 Lakh was within our budget. The location is decent, with Urumandampalayam Pirivu Bus Stop nearby, which is helpful. My husband liked the gymnasium, and I’m looking forward to using the swimming pool. The developer, Dhiya Foundation Pvt Ltd, has a decent reputation. One thing we noticed is that the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit much sometimes, but we are hoping it settles down.

The price was in the middle of the range, about 90 Lakh for my unit. My only concern is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but that's common for any developing area. The project was completed in June 2022, and it is ready to move in.
