The project is under construction by Dhiya Foundation Pvt Ltd, with completion expected in April 2028. The Tatabad location is decent, offering good connectivity via Mettupalayam Road and the Coimbatore Ooty Highway. We liked that Arris academy is very close by, though we don't have children yet.
