We bought a 2 BHK here at Dhavel Nilayam primarily because of the schools nearby. Podar International School is just 0 kilometeaway, which is incredibly convenient. Bharati Hospital is also right there, so that's a huge plus for us. The apartment size is decent, we got a 1100 sq.ft unit. The swimming pool and tennis court are great for the kids after school. The price range of 23.22 L to 58.89 L fits our budget. The only downside is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested trying to get out of Ambegaon Budruk. Dhavel Projects Pvt. Ltd. Seems to have delivered a good product overall though.
