The inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain Water Harvesting shows they are thinking about sustainability. Dundigal IT Park being nearby is also a good sign for future appreciation. The main concern is the lack of immediate clarity on the Occupancy Certificate (OC) status, which usually adds value and makes resale easier. Otherwise, it's a promising development in a rapidly growing area.

The only concern for me is the distance to the metro, which is almost nearby. Also, finding good banks for home loans nearby wasn't straightforward as they don't seem to be listed.
