We were renting in Nashik for yeaand finally decided to upgrade to our own place. Dhatrak Priyanka Nest was our choice. The 2 BHK configuration with 1070 square feet built-up area gives us much more room than our old rental. It’s lovely having a swimming pool and a gymnasium right here. The project is in Indira Nagar, which is a developing area. The Dhatrak group completed this back in 2011, so it's a well-established property.
